We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Currently, we only ship within the U.S.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

DÉVOILE is happy to return any unused and unopened candles. You may return your unopened and unused candles for a full refund of your purchase price within 15 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. Please contact us at customerservice@devoilelessens.com for further details, and please include Return along with your order number in the subject line of the email.

Opened or used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photo proof of damage is submitted to DÉVOILE within 7 days of delivery.
